Your business information, your service configuration, your caller records, and your engagement details are confidential. We do not share them with anyone outside the team delivering your service, and we do not use them for any other purpose.
We do not display client names, records, or engagement details in a portfolio, on this website, in marketing, or anywhere else. The default answer is no until you agree in writing.
Access is limited to the people delivering and managing your service. Our systems are access-controlled, and customer data is not shared across customers.
We do not knowingly submit your confidential materials to AI training, and customer data is never pooled or shared between customers.
Confidentiality applies except where disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect against fraud or imminent harm. If we are legally compelled to disclose, we will notify you when the law allows.
